Frequently Asked Questions
Questions about Get Licked!
-
Just me! There’s no team or organization, just one hard-working nerd who’s doing her best to keep up! Every class, page, email, image, and post comes directly from me.

I’ve made a living as a professional provider and/or educator in the kink world since 2016 — from working an old-fashioned phone sex line to writing erotica to training new hires at a sex-positive shop in NYC. Before that, in college, I was trained in peer-to-peer education and harm reduction, wrote and led workshops, brought speakers to campus, and helped advise the administration on working with sexual minorities. I’ve done both undergraduate and graduate study in psychology, gender, and sexuality; attended hundreds of classes and conferences; been trained on techniques by expert players and professional providers; and even won awards for my contributions to regional and local communities (Northeast Pet 2024, Mx Submit 2023).

I’ve taught for the organizers of Dark Odyssey: Fusion, International Ms. Leather & Bootblack, the International Puppy & Trainer Contest, Folsom Street East, Praxium, Lesbian Sex Mafia, Desire Unchained, Dom/sub Living, Less Dead Studio, B.O.I.N.K., Sex Week BTV, LASC-HVLC, and more. Feel free to ask them about their experience working with me, or contact me if you need something more specific.
-
Maybe! If I’m traveling to you, my minimum rate is $300 per class, and I typically book 2–4 months in advance. Virtual classes and major conferences are more flexible. If you’re interested in hiring me, please contact me here!
Questions about live + recorded classes
-
Follow the links on my New Classes page (or my Linktree), then purchase your ticket. You’ll receive an email with everything you need to know. For virtual classes, make sure Zoom is installed and working before class starts!
-
Sorry, no! The only way to purchase an individual class is by signing up in advance. If the class is part of a series that hasn’t ended yet, you can buy a ticket for the full series, which will include all the recordings.
-
You’ll receive an email with everything you need to watch your recording. I try to do this the day after class, but if I’m traveling, sick, or otherwise dealing with life things, it may take an extra day or so. If you don’t see it, please search your inbox, spam folder, and trash for the name of the class! I get several emails a week from folks who say they didn’t get it, and they find it as soon as they do that search!
-
Recordings get taken down after the next series starts. For example, if you bought a class in the May series, and the June series starts on June 5, that means June 5 is the last day to watch your class from May.
-
My recorded classes library on Patreon includes recordings of almost* everything I’ve taught online since I started Get Licked! As of February 2026, that’s over 50 hours of streamable classes. You can watch as much as you want by subscribing at the Librarian tier or higher (the same price as a series of four classes). There are other tiers and perks, too — to see what each one includes, go here and click “Membership Options.”
*My virtual classes get added to the library two months after I teach them. The library does not include most guest classes, since those classes belong to those teachers.
Questions about coaching & private lessons
-
My professional work involves creating a safe space for clients to share their desires, curiosities, questions, insecurities, and ideas — and for us to explore and build on those together. Depending on what you’re looking for, our session might be a free-flowing, open-ended conversation where we follow ideas as they come up (the same structure as many therapy sessions), or it might be a structured curriculum designed to teach or practice a specific skill set (more like working with a tutor or personal trainer).
-
I’m not a therapist, and I don’t provide treatment — although I do want to get certified one day! In the meantime, if you need a kink-friendly therapist, you may be able to find one in the Kink-Aware Professionals directory from the National Coalition for Sexual Freedom.
-
Nope, they’re exactly what I’m describing. Please don’t make it weird.
-
Yes! Coaching partners has been some of my most rewarding work. I can help create space to share and support each other’s desires, explore a new topic or practice together, clarify boundaries and needs, and understand each other more deeply. This can be especially helpful when communication styles differ, or when one partner is more experienced and the other is trying to “catch up.”
-
I hope so! Send me a message with some information about your situation and the price that would make a session accessible for you. Please respect that this option is for people whose incomes put my rate out of reach for them financially, not for folks who can afford it but want a discount. I’m sometimes able to accept trades; feel free to ask, but no promises.
